Manually List Assets
You have two options for listing assets:
Manually listing them via our Wallaby admin portal
This is a no code solution to manage assets
Programatically listing the via our merchant APIs
This enables event based asset management
Some examples of when you would want to manually manage asset listings would be
if your business no longer wants to be associated with a specific asset
if a wallet holder contacts support after sending themselves an asset they have not added
if you are about to distribute an asset to a segment of users.
How to add an asset to your business via the portal
If you would like to make an asset available for use by wallet holders or make it visible by default in a wallet, you need to first add it in the asset management section of the admin portal.

How to add an asset to wallets via the portal
Marking it visible by default will add it to all wallets. If you would only like to add it to specific wallets, you will need to leave "visible by default" disabled and then head over to asset visibility section of the portal.

Please note the preference of the wallet holder overrides the business settings. If you give them the ability to remove an asset, it will be marked as hidden in their wallet.
