Assumption that user is signed in with Wallaby and has their standard seed phrase accessible. For more information about signing in, check out

Algorand Seed Phrase Conversion

The algorand seed phrase is not provided when creating a wallet and they can recover and sign transactions without it. However, if they would like to export their wallet to another Algorand wallet provider, they will need their Algorand seed phrase which is 25 words.
